Librarians holding a current State Board certification or employees with a current teaching certificate may proctor. Exams and tests are scheduled at the convenience of library staff and within the operating schedule of the library system. They may not interfere with normal library operation. The test taker must be a resident of Hall County.

Employees proctoring exams may not accept personal compensation for this service. The test taker may be charged a fee by the library system. The test taker is also responsible for providing a stamped, addressed envelope to return examinations not taken electronically.
