HOOPLA is available to HallCounty residents only.
How long is borrowed content available?
Most Movies and TV episodes are available for 72 hours (3 days) from the time you borrow the title. Some publishers limit the borrow time to 48 hours (2 days).
Most Music albums are available for 7 days from the time you borrow the title.
Most Audiobooks, Comics, and eBooks are available for 21 days from the time you borrow the title.

How many items can I borrow a month?
Six. Once you log into your hoopla account you can navigate to the "My hoopla" section of the site or app to view your titles remaining. This limit will reset at the beginning of the calendar month. Unused borrows will not roll over into the next month.

What Amazon devices does hoopla support?
We support all devices running Fire OS 5.0.0 and newer.

These include:
4th Generation (2014): Kindle Fire HD 6”, Fire HD 7", Fire HDX 8.9”
5th Generation (2015): Kindle Fire
6th Generation (2016): Kindle Fire HD 8”

What Android devices does hoopla support?
We support most devices running Android 4.4.4 (Kit Kat) and above.Not Motorola Droid Turbo 2.
7th Generation (2017): Kindle Fire 7”, Fire HD 8", Fire HD 10”
8th Generation (2018): Kindle Fire HD 8"
